Property information
Listings, prices, availability, distances and exchange-rate estimates are informational and may change. Items marked as pending confirmation have not been reconfirmed. Final terms are those agreed in the relevant contract after independent checks.
Our role
Saigon House helps users discover properties and coordinate enquiries with cooperating agents. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not receive rent, deposits or purchase money and do not provide legal, tax or investment advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it contrary to published rules, submit unlawful or misleading material, or interfere with other users. You must have the necessary rights before providing photos, text or other content.
Facebook integration
The publishing tool is for authorised Saigon House administrators and Pages they manage. Use is also subject to Meta’s terms and policies. We may pause publishing when permissions expire, content becomes unavailable or platform rules require it.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every third-party statement is correct. To the extent permitted by law, Saigon House is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on unconfirmed information.
