Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: October 4, 2026

You can request deletion of data associated with a website enquiry or a Facebook Page connection at any time.

Submit a request

  1. Use any Saigon House contact channel shown at the bottom of this page and write “Data deletion request”.
  2. Tell us whether the request concerns a website enquiry, a Facebook account or a Facebook Page. Include the enquiry reference or Page name/ID if available. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
  3. We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the enquiry or Page.

What we delete

After verification, we disconnect the Page and clear its encrypted access token. We delete or anonymise associated OAuth staging data, personal identifiers and records no longer required for security, duplicate-post prevention, legal obligations or dispute handling. We normally complete a valid request within 30 days and confirm completion through the same contact channel.

Posts already published on Facebook

Disconnecting the integration stops future publishing but does not automatically remove posts already published on Facebook. A Page administrator can delete those posts on Facebook, or identify the posts in the deletion request so we can assist.

Remove access in Facebook

You may also remove Saigon House from Facebook’s Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings. This revokes Meta access; contact us as described above if you also want locally stored records deleted.
