Data we collect

When you browse or make an enquiry, we may process contact details you choose to provide, enquiry details, consent records, IP address, basic request logs and attribution codes.

When an authorised administrator connects a Facebook Page, we process the Page ID and name, granted permissions and Page tasks, an encrypted Page access token, publishing history, remote post IDs and URLs, and API status/error logs. The short-lived authorisation code and user token are used only to obtain the Page connection and are not retained as user-profile records.

How we use data

We use data to answer enquiries, manage property availability, operate and secure the service, publish administrator-approved Page posts, prevent duplicate posts, diagnose failures and measure which published links lead to visits or enquiries.

Sharing and sale

We send only the data needed to service providers that operate the website and to Meta when an authorised administrator uses Facebook publishing. We do not sell personal data. Property information and approved media may be made public when a listing or social post is published.

Security and retention

Page tokens are encrypted at rest and administrative access is restricted. Pending Facebook authorisations expire after 15 minutes, administrative sessions after 12 hours, and operational API logs are retained for a limited troubleshooting period. Account and publishing history is kept while needed to operate the service, prevent duplicate publishing, meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data, withdraw a Facebook Page connection, or object to processing. Use any current Saigon House contact channel shown at the bottom of this page. For the exact deletion process, see Data Deletion Instructions.

International processing and changes

The service is operated for Vietnam and may use infrastructure or providers in other countries. Appropriate technical safeguards are applied. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change; the current version and date will remain on this page.
